A quick easy berry fruity almond milk smoothie
- 2ozs almonds
- 2ozs raspberries
- 2ozs blueberries
- 1 banana
Soak the almonds overnight in water. Drain and rinse and place into the bottom of a liquidiser. Add all the fruit and 250-300ml water and liquidise.
Berries are high in anti-oxidants and make this simple smoothie taste great
