Quick Almond Banana Shake

A quick almond milk shake with banana and carob.


  • 2ozs almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dessertspoons carob powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Soak the almonds overnight in water. Next morning drain and rinse and place in the bottom of a liquidiser. Add the banana, cinnamon and carob and 300ml of water and liquidise till smooth.
